Education, finance and audit management for foundations, schools and small businesses, in one dashboard.
A multi-organization platform where each organization turns on only the modules it needs: education, finance and audits. It started as the audit platform on this site and now runs in production, with the Fundaci贸n Educativa El Ed茅n de los Ni帽os as its pilot.
What it does today
- Organizations with roles (owner, admin, staff and client), invitations and an audit log.
- Admin module: clients, suppliers, purchases, sales, inventory, credits and bank accounts on a central transaction ledger.
- Financial statements and dashboard metrics.
- Education module: courses, students, enrollments, tuition, teachers and attendance.
- Cron automations: recurring expenses, tuition and teacher payouts.
- MCP server with OAuth to connect it to Claude, and WhatsApp bots with human review.
In progress
- Double-entry bookkeeping as the source of truth for the balance sheet, with accounting invariant tests.
- Splitting bank movement, allocation and journal entry, and moving the remaining screens to the central ledger.
- Persistent idempotency for payments.

Can I try the platform now?
Yes! The beta version is now live at dashboard.feenis.com. Patreon sponsors get access to different modules: $5/month gives you access to one module, $15/month to multiple modules, and $40/month gives full access to everything.
What's the difference between subscription tiers?
With <strong>Basic Support ($5/month)</strong> you get access to one app module. With <strong>Early Access ($15/month)</strong> you get access to multiple modules and internal discussions. With <strong>Founding Sponsor ($40/month)</strong> you get full access to all apps and features, plus permanent recognition. All tiers are managed through Patreon.
How can I collaborate besides sponsoring?
We are looking for developers (especially with React and Node.js experience), UX/UI designers, and people with audit process experience who can provide insights. Use the "Participate in the project" button to get in touch.
Will it be an open-source platform?
The core will be proprietary, but we plan to open public APIs and create an extension marketplace where the community can contribute integrations and additional functionalities.
What happens with sensitive audit data?
Security is a top priority. We will use end-to-end encryption, comply with SOC 2 standards, and offer self-hosting options for organizations with strict compliance requirements.
Will I receive regular updates?
Yes, all sponsors and collaborators will receive weekly updates on progress, product decisions, and milestones. We will also have live monthly Q&A sessions.
